Fidel Gomez was born in Patria Nueva, a quaint town in Hidalgo, Mexico in 1976. His interest in culinary arts began at an early age when he would work with his uncles (Pescaderia Estrella Del Mar). At the age of 18, he headed to Fayetteville, Arkansas where he kickstarted his career at a small restaurant called The Taco Place, changing his life forever. Through hard work and training, he saved his money and scaled up. Since, Fidel has bought and managed the Little Hacienda restaurant.
